🍽️ Restaurant & Dining

From table to kitchen to bill — on one screen.

Seat a table, send the order to the kitchen, and let the front-of-house and the kitchen work off the same live ticket — with an optional QR menu that lets customers order straight from their own phone.

A real floor view, not a table number scribbled on a pad

Every table shows live occupied/free status, an elapsed-time timer, seat count, and section grouping — Ground Floor, Terrace, AC Hall, however you actually run the floor. Merge tables on the fly when a bigger party walks in, and keep reservations and a walk-in waitlist right alongside the same floor view instead of a separate notebook.

One ticket, from New to Served — kitchen and floor, in sync

Sending an order creates a real kitchen ticket that moves through New Tickets → In Kitchen → Ready → Served, and each dish on it can be marked ready independently. Send more items to a table already in progress and the kitchen sees it clearly flagged as an add-on wave, not lost in the original ticket. A Rush flag bumps priority when a table needs to move faster, and the whole board can pop out into its own window for a kitchen-floor display or a second monitor.

Customers can order from their own phone — if you want them to

Print or display a table's QR code and a customer can scan it, browse a real menu (search, veg/non-veg filters, categories, a "Most Loved" section genuinely computed from your own last-30-days sales), and build a cart on their own device. Sending it creates a request your staff must explicitly Accept — it never touches your live order or stock on its own. Once accepted, the customer sees a live status tracker (Sent → Accepted → Preparing → Ready → Served), and a second person at the table can join with a 4-digit Shared Order PIN to follow the same order from their own phone.
