1. Digital product — nothing is shipped
ZeInfoTech POS is software. No physical goods are shipped and there are no shipping charges. Computers, printers, scanners and other hardware are not sold or shipped by us.
2. How you receive the software
- After payment is confirmed, we send the installer download link and your license / activation details to your registered phone number (WhatsApp) or email, within 24 hours (usually the same day).
- The installer can also be downloaded from our website at any time.
3. Free installation
- Remote installation (anywhere): free. We connect to your computer with your permission and install and set up the software.
- On-site installation (anywhere in Tamil Nadu): free. We visit your shop on a date agreed with you.
- Installation is scheduled at a time convenient for you, normally within 3 working days of payment.
